Matthew F. • März 8, 2010Order the 14, pho with lean eye of round steak. ASK for the meat RARE and ON THE SIDE. When it arrives, you put it into the bowl yourself. Cooking the meat in the broth = THE BEST FLAVOR! Trust me.
